PRIVACY PER LE APP VENITEM CLOUD

PREMESSA

La presente privacy policy disciplina l'utilizzo dell'applicazione software Cloud Venitem ("Applicazione") per dispositivi mobili realizzata da Venitem Srl.

Venitem Srl con sede in Via del Lavoro 10, 30030 Salzano (VE) CF e P.IVA 02985780275, in qualità di titolare del trattamento, informa ai sensi dell'art. 13 Decreto Legislativo 30/06/2003 n. 196 e dell'art. 13 Regolamento UE n. 2016/679 che i Suoi dati saranno trattati con le modalità e per le finalità di seguito indicate.

  • L'applicazione è un'App di sistema di allarme che permette all'utente di controllare e ricevere informazioni dai dispositivi Venitem.
  • Per l'autenticazione dell'applicazione e la creazione del nuovo utente, i dati saranno trattati da Google Firebase (vedi privacy policy) mediante la creazione di un token utente e successivamente trasmessi a Microsoft AZURE per il login e la raccolta dati dei relativi dispositivi (leggi l'informativa politica sulla riservatezza).

1. Quali informazioni ottiene l'Applicazione e come viene utilizzata

L'Applicazione ottiene le informazioni fornite durante il download e la registrazione. Al momento della registrazione i dati richiesti sono i seguenti:

  1. Il tuo indirizzo e-mail, nome, cognome, codice postale, paese;
  2. Partita IVA e ragione sociale di una ditta installatrice;
  3. Informazioni fornite dall'utente quando ci contatta per assistenza;
  4. Informazioni che inserisci nel nostro sistema durante l'utilizzo dell'Applicazione, come le informazioni di contatto e la gestione del progetto

2. Informazioni raccolte automaticamente

L'Applicazione può raccogliere determinate informazioni, tra cui il tipo di dispositivo mobile utilizzato, l'ID del dispositivo mobile, l'indirizzo IP del dispositivo mobile, il sistema operativo mobile e informazioni su come si utilizza l'Applicazione.

3. L'applicazione raccoglie informazioni accurate sulla posizione in tempo reale del dispositivo?

Questa Applicazione non raccoglie informazioni precise sulla posizione del tuo dispositivo mobile.

4. Le terze parti vedono e/o hanno accesso alle informazioni ottenute dall'Applicazione?

No, le terze parti non vedranno e/o non avranno accesso alle informazioni ottenute dall'Applicazione.

5. Raccolta automatica dei dati e pubblicità

Venitem Srl potrebbe utilizzare i dati da Lei forniti per inviarLe di volta in volta informazioni importanti, comunicazioni e promozioni commerciali relative ai dispositivi utilizzati.

6. Decidere di uscire

Eliminando l'account dall'applicazione, i tuoi dati verranno automaticamente cancellati da tutti i dispositivi utilizzati Le informazioni fornite non verranno mai utilizzate per fornire pubblicità mirata da parte di inserzionisti e/o inserzionisti di reti di terze parti.

7. Politica di conservazione dei dati, gestione delle informazioni

Il Titolare tratterà i dati personali per il tempo necessario per adempiere alle finalità di cui sopra e comunque per non oltre 10 anni dalla cessazione del rapporto per le Finalità di Servizio e per non oltre 2 anni dalla raccolta dei dati per le Finalità di Marketing, salvo l'esercizio dei diritti dell'interessato e/o altri obblighi di legge.

8. I dati forniti dall'utente verranno trasmessi e conservati in cloud sui server di:

  • Il database Azure Sql Server, nella tabella Utenti (nella tua Sottoscrizione Azure), fa riferimento al punto successivo tramite UserId;
  • Google Firebase, per tutte le dinamiche di registrazione utente e accesso tramite App, lavora in sinergia con il database riposto al punto precedente;
  • Infusion Software, Inc. società di diritto americano con sede legale in 1260 S. Spectrum Blvd., Chandler, AZ 85286, USA; sono memorizzati sui server di Infusion Software. Infusion Software risponde alle applicazioni GDPR come visibile su https://keap.com/legal/data-protection-faq e https://keap.com/legal/dpa.

9. Modifiche a questa Politica

Questa informativa può essere soggetta a modifiche. Si consiglia pertanto di verificare periodicamente la presente informativa e di fare riferimento alla versione più aggiornata.

10. Sicurezza

Ci prendiamo cura di salvaguardare la riservatezza delle tue informazioni. Il sistema fornisce garanzie fisiche, elettroniche e procedurali per proteggere le informazioni che elaboriamo e conserviamo.

Ad esempio, limitiamo l'accesso a queste informazioni a dipendenti e appaltatori autorizzati che necessitano dei dati per operare, sviluppare o migliorare la nostra Applicazione.

È chiaro che mentre ci sforziamo di fornire una ragionevole sicurezza per le informazioni che elaboriamo e conserviamo, nessun sistema di sicurezza può prevenire tutte le potenziali violazioni della sicurezza.

Utilizzando l'Applicazione, acconsenti al nostro trattamento delle tue informazioni come stabilito nella presente Informativa sulla privacy ora e come modificata da noi. "Elaborazione" significa utilizzare i cookie su un computer/dispositivo portatile o utilizzare le informazioni in qualsiasi modo, inclusi, a titolo esemplificativo ma non esaustivo, la raccolta, l'archiviazione, l'eliminazione, l'utilizzo, l'unione e la diffusione di informazioni.

PRIVACY FOR VENITEM CLOUD APPS

This privacy policy governs the use of the Cloud Venitem software application ("Application") for mobile devices created by Venitem Srl.

VVenitem Srl with headquarters in Via del Lavoro 10, 30030 Salzano (VE) Fiscal Code and VAT number 02985780275, as data controller, informs pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 6/30/2003 n. 196 and of the art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 that your data will be processed in the manner and for the purposes indicated below.

  • The application is an alarm system App that allows the user to control and receive information from Venitem devices.
  • For the application authentication and the creation of the new user, the data will be processed by Google Firebase (see privacy policy) by creating a user token and subsequently transmitted to Microsoft AZURE for logging in and data collection of the related devices (read the privacy policy).

1. What information the Application obtains and how it is used

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register. At the time of registration, the requested data are the following:

  1. Your email address, first name, last name, postcode, country
  2. VAT number and Company name in an installation company
  3. Information you provide to us when you contact us for support and;
  4. Information you enter into our system while using the Application, such as contact information and project management.

2. Information Collected Automatically

The Application may collect certain information, including the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device ID, your mobile device's IP address, your mobile operating system, and information about how you use the Application.

3. Does the application collect accurate real-time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to the information obtained from the Application?

No, third parties will not see and/or have access to the information obtained from the Application.

5. Automatic data collection and advertising

Venitem Srl may use the data you have provided to send you from time to time important information, notices and marketing promotions relating to the devices used.

6. Opt out

By deleting the account from the application, your data will automatically be deleted from all the devices used. The information you provide will never be used to serve targeted advertising from advertisers and/or third party network advertisers.

7. Data retention policy, information management

The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes and for no more than 2 years from the collection of data for the Marketing Purposes, except the exercise of the rights of the data subject and/or other legal obligations.

8. The data provided by the user will be transmitted and stored in the cloud on the servers of:

  • Azure Sql Server database, in the Users table (on your Azure Subscription), refers to the next point via UserId;
  • Google Firebase, for all the dynamics of user registration and access through the App, works in synergy with the database reposted in the previous point.
  • Infusion Software, Inc. a company incorporated under American law with registered office at 1260 S. Spectrum Blvd., Chandler, AZ 85286, US; they are stored on the Infusion Software servers. 9. Changes to this Policy

This information may be subject to changes. It is therefore advisable to check this information regularly and to refer to the most updated version.

10. Safety

We take care to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. The system provides physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.

For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need the data to operate, develop or improve our Application. It is clear that while we strive to provide reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

11. Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to our processing of your information as set out in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/portable device or using information in any way, including but not limited to collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disseminating information.
